RC Laser Spectrum Analyzer
|
The RC Series Laser Spectrum Analyzer is a plano mirror Fabry-Perot interferometer-based system that offers versatility and stability for the precise spectral characterization of virtually any CW laser. With an FSR that is continuously variable from 1 to more than 1500 GHz, the RC System accommodates narrow single-frequency lasers, lasers with large linewidths, or sources emitting a range of frequencies. High resolution measurements of laser linewidth, longitudinal mode structure, and frequency stability are ensured with a guaranteed finesse of 150. And Super Invar construction results in superb stability. The RC Series Laser Spectrum Analyzer is the system of choice for a variety of applications requiring precision and stability.

Notes:
1. |
The FSR is specified for a minimum mirror spacing of 0.1 mm, but smaller spacing (larger FSR) can be achieved when special precautions are taken to protect the mirrors. |
2. |
For a cavity spacing of less than 10 mm. |
3. |
The finesse specification is based on a laser beam diameter of less than 3 mm. |
4. |
With electronic compensation provided by the RG-93 Ramp Generator. |
