TL Laser Spectrum Analyzer
The TL Series Laser Spectrum Analyzer is a plano mirror Fabry-Perot interferometer-based system that provides the most convenient spectral characterization of large bandwidth lasers such as laser diodes. With an FSR of 15 to 1500 GHz, the TL System easily measures the spectral features of virtually any laser operating at wavelengths from 450 nm to 3.5 µm. With a finesse greater than 150, the TL System provides the high resolution you expect from the world's leader in laser spectral analysis.
